An Old Internet In A New World

April 5, 2011

We live in the age of the internet and we can learn or find out anything in just a few seconds, but on the flip side, the world of the internet seems to have gotten a little too cluttered Yet for some reason webmasters just don’t seem to get that. Sure, if we are looking for something on the net we can find it – but we’ll find hundreds of different versions of what we are looking for and never exactly what we want.

Let’s take online flash games for example; there are hundreds of thousands of websites out there right now bragging that their website contains one thousand games or that they are adding hundreds of games every day. Yet very few sites have any games that are of any real quality. Somehow the webmasters seem to fail to understand that when all you can find on the internet are thousands and thousands of cheap low quality games, you tend to lose interest in all but a few extremely fun games. So I decided to do some research and look around for the best flash games and was shocked to see that very few websites had any good content. All I saw was our site has one thousand flash games, our site has over three thousand, etc. At first I tried a variety of searches but didn’t find a single site with a good list of quality games, until I finally typed best 150 flash games in google. I found a few sites that were centered around the idea of getting their audience only the highest rated flash games of all time, that actually did a good job of putting together quality games. There was one called brokentreegames.com another called freegamesbar that was pretty good.

To move away from flash games, let’s consider the effect youtube had on the quality of online videos. I think it was because youtube showed the world that it is possible to have both quality and quantity that a lot of video sites are finally putting up hd videos. The only reason quality videos are a norm online is because youtube did such a good job showing everyone that quality and quantity is possible. But it is still sad to see when you are looking for a certain video online, the only one you find sometimes is this really bad pixilated copy plastered with ads. I don’t know, perhaps the reason I am going on this rant is because I feel that in this modern day and age, in the twenty first century, there should be no reason for there to be videos online that are too pixilated to be able to even tell whether I am looking at a guy or a girl..

People that are searching through the web for info about the topic of very cheap playstation 3, visit the web site that was quoted in this passage.
